These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of Juster (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Juster provides a customer relationship management platform for small businesses, including optional integrations such as SMS messaging through approved telecommunications partners (including RingCentral).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
- Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws
- Obtain and document all required consents before sending SMS or other communications to your customers or contacts
- Not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or deceptive messages
SMS messaging terms
If you enable SMS features, you agree that you will only message individuals who have provided appropriate consent. You will include required disclosures (message frequency, message and data rates, STOP, HELP, and carrier liability limitations) in your opt-in process as described on our SMS program disclosures page.
No sale or sharing of SMS data for third-party marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share your customers' mobile phone numbers or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide the messaging functionality you configure within Juster, including transmission through our messaging providers. We do not share SMS opt-in data with affiliates or partners for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.
You may not use Juster to harvest numbers or resell messaging lists. Violations may result in suspension or termination of SMS capabilities.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious code. We may investigate and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users or providers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for carrier delays or undelivered SMS outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
